Steps :1. 1st put small 3g pack then put a facebook pack. My Suggestion Is Activate 177 3g plan it also includes whatsapp twitter facebook unlimited plan with 1 gb 3g data.( or try any small 3g plan with or + whatsapp plan to check this trick working or not in ur state. )
2. Now put this proxy on your proxy setting and port also.
3. Acces point : rcomwap or smartwap
for mozilla users put this proxy in mozilla proxy settings
and put this settings in idm also
1) 173.252.100.26 port 80 (if this not work try below proxy)2) 31.13.73.1 port 80
put same proxy and port mozilla and idm also and also in mobile your data will not deduct and u can use it unlimited.ENJOY.
